There's enough time to wrangle up a doggie outfit of some sort for her, I'm thinking pearl beads, maybe a hat.
Definitely a hat! Better yet--a hat with at least one feather. The hat probably won't stay on her head for that long but you should at least be able to manage one adorable picture with the hat on, I think.
Also this sounds like a super tasty tea party; I'm kinda craving a cucumber sandwich right now.
