I have this mentally happening in the "Mission" universe, just a bit before the main storyline. After all, Cloud has to have come to Seph's attention somehow (okay, it doesn't completely mesh with the Mission-verse, but it kinda-sorta fits around the edges).
Poor Cloud. He's getting such an education since he came to the big city.
